Grew the company from an idea to a thirty three person company. Raised two funding rounds (5.4M seed - 0.4M pre-seed).

Directed the tech department (Development, Cloud & UX-UI teams) and grew it from an individual contributor level to a fifteen people machine.

Located, interviewed and hired talents worldwide from Argentina to Spain.
Established OKRs, career ladders, salary bands, onboarding and budget.
Presented plannings and results at board meetings.

Developed the platform’s original codebase, defined system architecture, tech stack, coding practices and tooling (React, Typescript. NodeJS, Golang, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, Dynamo, Redis, Microservices).
